If you decide what you have ordered is not right for any reason, please email us first email@example.com. Returns for full refunds or exchanges will be accepted within 10 calendar days of receiving the delivery. We will only accept returns of the items that are unworn, in pristine condition and returned with all original tags and packaging intact.
For health and hygiene matters, please note that earrings can not be returned. Items eligible for returns are full priced items. Please kindly note that custom orders (including personalized or engraved), sales or discounted items are the final sales. A discounted item is any item with discount applied at checkout (this would include discount codes).
For exchanges, if the reason is due to no mistake on our part, shipping and handling costs will apply.
We aim to process all returns within 48 hours of reaching us and will email to confirm when this has been done. Depending on your bank, refunds may take a further few days to post to your account. Return of the original item is the responsibility of the buyer.
