ABOUT

From humble beginnings in a Siberian town, Andrey sought out the beauty from his surroundings. this was to become a theme throughout his life - the creation of the beautiful from the mundane. Fashioning his first jewelry from as young as 10 years old, Yarden was seemingly meant for a life of creation and expression through his work with metals and precious stones.

Graduating as an engineer from Moscow State University with a specialism in steel and alloys, the contrast between the industrial and the beautiful in Yarden’s life was never more apparent. tied with his personal muses and influences from his early adulthood, Andrey’s creativity and talent took on other forms before he realized his calling – jewelry design.

Andrey Yarden (rus. Андрей Ярден) started his eponymous label in 2014 with debut collection La Russie. Which attracted attention from Russian and international press and buyers. An invitation to exhibit at Shanghai Fashion Week was quickly followed and this, coupled with a fascination to experience Asia, lead to Yarden making the move to live in Shanghai, where he continues education and work on collections, as well as focusing on bespoke commissions and statement pieces, such as jewelry exclusively created for Natalia Vodianova, Katy Perry, Roisin Murphy.

Passionate about style and photography, collaborates on numerous editorials, fashion and art projects, including S.M.A.R.T. chase, 2017 hollywood motion picture, starring Orlando Bloom, featuring multiple pieces.

Inspired by traveling and different cultures, epochs, art, nature and human personalities, Andrey Yarden creates conceptual jewelry, exploring qualities of materials he works with and their combinations in order to make each piece universal and unisex, a killer detail to any look.
