All orders will be shipped by DHL or FedEx with insurance included within 7 working days (for the items that are in stock). Custom items and those marked “preorder” - will require 1-2 weeks for production. Once your order is completed, you will receive a confirmation email followed by a tracking number.

Import tax is a tax imposed by a government on goods from other countries. Each country has their own import taxation legislation and duty percentage. If you’re receiving an international shipment - you are responsible for handling any duties and taxes incurred. It is possible for some orders to experience a delay in customs. We have no control over this and ask that you contact your local customs agency if necessary. We are also not responsible for any items detained or otherwise confiscated by your country's customs office. Refunds will not be given for this situation. If you refuse the customs fees incurred by the customs department of your country, no refunds will be given in this scenario.

Andrey Yarden is now located in Kingdom of Thailand. All orders will be shipped from Bangkok.

If you decide what you have ordered is not right for any reason, please email us first customerservice@andreyyarden.com. Returns for full refunds or exchanges will be accepted within 10 calendar days of receiving the delivery. We will only accept returns of the items that are unworn, in pristine condition and returned with all original tags and packaging intact.

For health and hygiene matters, please note that earrings can not be returned. Items eligible for returns are full priced items. Please kindly note that custom orders (including personalized or engraved), sales or discounted items are the final sales. A discounted item is any item with discount applied at checkout (this would include discount codes).

For exchanges, if the reason is due to no mistake on our part, shipping and handling costs will apply.

We aim to process all returns within 48 hours of reaching us and will email to confirm when this has been done. Depending on your bank, refunds may take a further few days to post to your account. Return of the original item is the responsibility of the buyer.
